Ajitama is a Japanese noodle bar based in Philadelphia, PA. There are dishes of ramen, soba, and udon noodles. The word “ajitama” means ramen egg, which is the soft-boiled egg marinated in soy sauce that is often served on top of ramen and other noodle dishes.
